HTML5 is the latest and current version of HTML, it has a lot of new features introduced, though it still a working project by the World Wide Consortium (W3C) but most major browsers are beginning to support its new features. One thing I like about HTML5 is it simply DOCTYPE declaration even with all its great features, unlike it predecessors.
