Video: Colorful poster-comic image from a photo in Photoshop CC

In this Photoshop Creative Cloud tutorial video I show how to apply a colorful poster/comic effect to an image of a South Korean street scene. I'll also show how to make it a Photoshop action so that you can run the action on other images easily.
